From the RFP to the initial walk through – from the proposal acceptance to the planning session – from the first day of work through the final day – every person at Shaker was professional, thoughtful, friendly and helpful. The project was completed well within the anticipated time frame and at a very reasonable cost. During the quality control walkthrough at the end of the project no deficiencies were noted. Every member of the community had only praise for the excellent job Shaker did. It was the best painting project I have ever been involved in as a Community Association Manager.

It is my great pleasure to provide this letter of recommendation for Shaker Painting Inc. Shaker Painting recently completed a full exterior trim replacement and paint of our five-story building, Broadway Junction, at 1165 Broadway, Denver CO. The Shaker team conducted themselves with professionalism and performed in a manner that was the least disruptive to all parties affected by the work. Closing-off parking spaces, managing staging area(s) for materials and the overall safety for pedestrians were some of the challenges presented to Shaker. Not a single complaint was issued for the duration of the work. Communication was excellent as Shaker personnel were required to access the roof and maintain the security setup at the building. As we have worked with Shaker on previous projects, we will continue to work with Brent Rumpf, Ed Gonzales, Jason Moore, and the rest of the Shaker team on future projects and I would recommend the same to any property and/or property management organization.

From Jason's first bid to the final coat of paint with [the project manager’s] crew, we were very pleased with the communication, the attention to detail and the care with which they protected the house, minimized the sanding dust and cleaned up after the fact carefully. The worry that we would have a major cleaning effort after the fact. We were able to clean and put back all the furniture, pictures and furnishings in less than a day.
