What You'll Do
The ideal candidate will be a key team member working alongside the owner, estimating team, operations and customers. The main function of the Crew Leader is to supervise and participate in all activities related to the accomplishment of specific jobs. To be successful in this role, you must have clear understanding of job-site safety. Must possess knowledge of products, you must also can document daily activities. Must also be able to efficiently manage painters and all tasks involved with completing jobs.
- Arrange walk-through with customer prior to start of job.
- Come up with “game plan” to finish the job on time.
- During the course of a job there are opportunities to sell additional work, or a customer may ask for additional work to be performed.
The Crew Leader is expected to sell or take on additional work at every opportunity available, provided that an Additional Work Order is completed and signed by the customer. This completed form must be returned to the office and put into the job file to be added to the final bill.
- The Crew Leader is responsible for the safety and performance of every man on his crew.
- The Crew Leader is to monitor attendance, appearance, language, proper use of equipment.
- Field Training is to be completed appropriately, and in a timely manner.
- Crew Leader should monitor his crew’s performance and make the necessary adjustments to bring the job in “Happy & Under”.
- Crew Leader is to keep written records of everyone’s attendance and make performance level evaluations, whether good or bad, on his/her crewmembers.
- Attend weekly Operation’s meetings (as scheduled)
- Keep an accurate account of time. Information is to be completed and returned to the office immediately at the end of the job.
- To see that company trucks are maintained and cleaned regularly.
- Order materials as needed for job with office approval.
- Deal with customers’ questions and concerns on the jobsite daily. Report concerns and/or problems to Vice President of Operations immediately.

Our promise to our people and customers is to Educate, Deliver and Protect.
What You Will Be Doing?
We are seeking an experienced project Estimator to join our fast-growing company. The ideal
candidate will have at least three years of experience estimating in HOA, Multi-Family and commercial repaint experience and ability to read blueprints.
- Conduct estimates for HOA, Multi-Family and commercial projects using our systems and software.
- Work with Property managers and General Contractors during the RFP process, follow-up and develop relationships.
- Assist Project Managers with pre-construction services and project setup.
Assist in preparation, review and administration of Scope of Works and materials specifications
What You Need for this Position
- Industry Experience: Experience in construction.
- Three (3) years business development in commercial real estate.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and responsibility for their work and actions
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail orientated and process driven.
- The ability to look at a potential project from a production standpoint.
- Excellent non-calculus-based math skills
- Product, Application, and process knowledge
- Entry level blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Proficient in Excel
- Active involvement in CAI, BOMA, AAMD is a plus.
